Leeds Athletic Under 16s, after a fantastic weekend at the Stadium of Light, finished 9th in the country at the 2024 National Club Finals! 🤩

We are celebrating Leeds Athletic Under 16’s squad, who after a fantastic weekend at the Stadium of Light, finished 9th in the country! 🤩

Leeds Athletic provide a run down of events from their exciting weekend:

🏐 Day 1: We were in a group with Hatfield and AP Saints, where we finished second and thus going into an afternoon group with Nottingham City and Eagles. Again, the girls finished second, thus would be going into the final day playing for 7th – 12th place position.

🏐 Day 2: We first faced Grangetown and then TTNC Warriors, finishing second, thus meaning we were to play off for 9th / 10th vs Sutton, where we won 30-20.

🏐 Overall: A fantastic weekend all round, and many thanks to all of the girls and coaches; Chloe Smith and Susie Stead for all of their support.
