Leeds Rhino's Netball

We work in partnership with Leeds Rhinos Netball on a range of Netball matters including coach development.

After being founded in 2017, Leeds Rhinos gained entry to the Netball Super League (NSL) in 2020 with their first season in 2021. Yorkshire has a proud Netball history and Rhinos represent the region at the elite level.

With a mix of the very best Yorkshire players and some world-class players from around the world, Rhinos are looking to take the league by storm. They are linked to their namesake in Rugby League.

Leeds Rhino's Player Pathway 

In terms of performance Netball, Leeds Rhinos are responsible for developing the Super League and England Roses players of the future. They operate the performance pathway for Under 21, Under 19 and Under 17 athletes. 

Leeds Rhinos work alongside and support the 4 Yorkshire Counties in developing the Under 15 Netball talent in the Yorkshire.

The Netball Super League (NSL) was founded in 2005. It is the UK’s top-level, elite Netball competition featuring ten teams from England, Wales and Scotland.
