Sian is the Chair of Yorkshire Netball and has extensive experience and knowledge of the sports landscape through her roles in club development, talent pathways and coaching for England Netball and UK Coaching.

Currently a HR Change Partner, Sian works for Direct Line Group, one of the UK’s leading Insurance companies where her role is to lead projects that involve organisational change, people development and policy support across it’s 10,200 employees. 

In her spare time, and alongside her Yorkshire Netball volunteer role, Sian is also an event consultant for England Netball's International and Super League major events, fulfilling the role as Field of Play Manager working with broadcast partners and the venue to deliver the event successfully.
